From November 20–23, 2025 at 23/9 Park, Ho Chi Minh City, crowds of locals and visitors flocked to the Vietnam Rice Noodle Day 2025 – “Delicacies from Noodles” to enjoy regional specialties, watch artisan showcases, and soak up the festive atmosphere in the heart of the city.
With the theme “Delicacies from Noodles,” the event featured dozens of iconic noodle dishes from all three regions of Vietnam—from Hanoi bún chả, Hai Phong field-goby noodle soup, Hue beef noodle soup, bún riêu, bún mắm from Can Tho, to Nha Trang fish noodles and Soc Trang bún nước lèo. There were also other famous rice-noodle dishes such as phở, hủ tiếu, bánh hỏi, and bánh tằm. The festival drew large numbers of attendees, including many international visitors.
Amid the lively setting of 23/9 Park, the Vedan booth became a popular stop. Beyond special promotions on Vedan seasoning products, guests enjoyed two signature hotpots—Seafood Tom Yum and Mushroom Hotpot—both featuring our two newly launched products: Vedan Mushroom Sauce and Vedan Scallop Seafood Sauce.
