Workshop: Delicious meal for the festive season

The Vegetable Pruning Club of the Saigon Professional Chef Association in collaboration with Vedan brand organized a culinary knowledge training session in December with the theme: “Delicious food for the festive season”.

With the guidance of Chef Tran Ngoc Nghia, runner-up of the Golden Spoon 2013, with 2 delicious and unique dishes for the festive season, combining Vedan MSG products, Vedan Mommy shrimp and meat seasoning seeds.

Vedan will share how to make two dishes that are very suitable for the festive season, Seafood Mushroom Soup and Shrimp with banana curry sauce which are very attractive and super delicious, let’s try your skills in the kitchen with Vedan.
