1. INTRODUCTION:
VEDAN TAIWANESE CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN – TAIWANESE FLAVOUR IN EACH FRIED CHICKEN PIECE.
Inspired by the crispy fried chicken combined with fried basil leaves of Taiwanese street food, Vedan Vietnam has launched a new product “Taiwanese Crispy Fried Chicken”. Each piece of fried chicken is carefully selected from fresh chicken meat, processed on an advanced production line.
Taiwanese crispy fried chicken with a crispy crust, the chicken meat inside is marinated with special recipe, still retaining its softness and succulence, making you want to eat another piece of fried chicken after eating the first piece of fried chicken.

3. COOKING INSTRUCTION:
The product is fully cooked.
Heating the product before eating according suggested parameters:
– Fry in pan: Don’t need to defrost, deep fry product in oil at 165 – 170ºC in 2 – 3 minutes or until product hot completely.
– Using oil-free fryer: Don’t need to defrost, fry product at 180ºC for 8 – 9 minutes or until product hot completely.
The taste will better when served with ground black pepper and fried Thai basil leaves.
4. STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store at ≤ -18ºC or in the freezer.
5. SHELF LIFE:
18 months from date of manufacture.
