On July 30, 2025, Vedan Vietnam Enterprise Corp., Ltd. cooperated with the Dong Nai Red Cross Society and Cho Ray Hospital to organize a humanitarian blood donation program under the theme “A Drop of Blood – A Million Hearts.” The event received enthusiastic support and active participation from Vedan’s officers and employees.
First launched in 2020 with the same meaningful theme, the blood donation program has since become an annual charitable activity warmly embraced by Vedan staff. Each year, participation has steadily increased, reflecting the enterprise’s strong sense of social responsibility and the spirit of “Love and Care.” Through every drop of blood donated, Vedan aspires to contribute to the National Blood Bank, support emergency treatment and patient care, and foster a compassionate, united community.

This year, in addition to Vedan’s staff members, the blood donation program also received enthusiastic participation from foreign managers, teachers from Phuoc Thai Secondary School, Vietcombank Nhon Trach Branch, and the Long Thanh Red Cross Chapter. After a thorough screening process, the program successfully collected a total of 270 units of blood. This remarkable result reflects the spirit of compassion and reaffirms Vedan’s pioneering role in connecting and promoting charitable activities for community health. Along with gifts from Cho Ray Hospital and the Dong Nai Provincial Red Cross Society, Vedan’s Labor Union also offered each employee who volunteered to donate blood a sum of VND 100,000 as a token of appreciation and to help them recover their strength after the donation.

In addition to humanitarian blood donation drives, the enterprise also maintains many meaningful annual programs such as presenting Tet gifts to underprivileged households, building charity houses, providing free medical check-ups and medicine to those in need, cleaning up the environment, and planting trees to promote sustainability. Each activity, though simple, is carried out with genuine dedication and a strong sense of responsibility, reflecting Vedan’s long-term commitment to accompany Vietnam in building a healthy, compassionate, and sustainable community.
