On December 27, Vedan Vietnam Company successfully held its 2025 Employee Conference. This important event served as a platform for the Board of Directors and employees to exchange updates on the company’s operations, contribute ideas on occupational safety and hygiene, collective labor agreements, and discuss the production and business plan for the coming year.
The conference was attended by Mr. Ko Chung Chih (Deputy General Director), Mr. Tung Yung Sheng (Senior Director), Mr. Pham Trung Thuyen (Chairman of the Trade Union), along with representatives from various unions, department heads, and nearly 180 delegates from different workshops and departments.
The Presidium chaired and facilitated the conference.
At the event, Mr. Tsan Phong Henh, representing the Board of Management, presented a report on the company’s business performance and addressed questions and concerns raised by employees. Mr. Pham Trung Thuyen also delivered a transparent financial report on Trade Union activities in 2025. During the discussion session, delegates actively contributed opinions on uniforms, labor regulations, and employee welfare. Mr. Ko Chung Chih and Mr. Pham Trung Thuyen attentively listened, acknowledged, and responded to these contributions.
Conference Delegates
The conference also honored 19 teams and 37 individuals for their outstanding achievements in Trade Union activities in 2025. Notably, strong consensus was reached on the key objectives and action plans for 2026. This unity serves as a powerful driving force for Vedan Vietnam to continue its development in line with its core values: “Integrity – Innovation – Accountability – Excellence.”
The 2025 Employee Conference concluded in a spirit of confidence and optimism, reaffirming the strong bond between the company and its employees in the journey toward building an increasingly sustainable and successful Vedan Vietnam.
