On June 9, 2026, Vedan Vietnam Corporation welcomed representatives from the Dong Nai City Women’s Union for a factory visit as part of its ongoing community engagement initiatives. The program aimed to strengthen partnerships with local organizations while raising awareness of Vietnamese product quality through an educational tour and a seminar on taste perception and counterfeit product identification.

Following an introductory video about the company, participants toured Vedan Vietnam’s 120- hectare manufacturing complex, featuring extensive green spaces, a biological lake, an automated pipeline system connecting production facilities, and the company’s integrated manufacturing operations. The delegation also visited the office building, production facilities, sports complex, and Vedan’s dedicated international port.

Mr. Ni Chih Hao, General Director of Vedan Vietnam, said: “This program reflects the long- standing partnership between Vedan Vietnam and the Dong Nai City Women’s Union. We believe that building sustainable relationships with local communities not only contributes to long-term development but also recognizes and supports the vital role of women, who nurture families and make invaluable contributions to society.”

After the factory tour, participants had the opportunity to sample a variety of Vedan products, including Vedan Golden Fish Balls and Vedan Crispy Fried Chicken. They also joined the interactive “Five Tastes” Mini Game, which introduced the concept of umami – the natural savory taste found in many foods – alongside the four basic tastes of sweet, sour, salty, and bitter. The activity highlighted one of the key elements behind Vedan Vietnam’s success over the past 35 years.

As part of the program, Vedan Vietnam also organized a seminar on identifying genuine and counterfeit products, providing participants with practical knowledge on reading product packaging and verifying authenticity. Attendees learned how to check essential information such as product origin, manufacturing details, nutritional labels, QR codes for traceability, and food safety certifications including HACCP, ISO, and national food safety standards. The seminar also emphasized the importance of examining anti-counterfeit labels carefully and remaining cautious of ambiguous descriptions such as “packed at”, “completed at”, or ” blended at” which may mislead consumers.

The year 2026 marks the 35th anniversary of Vedan Vietnam’s steady growth and development. Throughout its journey, the company has remained committed to working closely with government agencies, local organizations, and community partners. Through these ongoing efforts, Vedan Vietnam continues to create meaningful value, improve quality of life, and fulfill its mission of bringing healthier, more delicious meals to Vietnamese families every day.
