Vedan Vietnam Enterprise Corporation Limited has mostly used the agricultural products of cassava, sugar cane laboriously cultivated by the Vietnamese farmers, and molasses derived from all kinds of sugar which originating from nature to produce the high quality MSG. In addition to apply the advanced technologies of Vedan Taiwan, Vedan Vietnam has also built extremely huge fermentation tanks with each tank’s capacity of 700 cubic meters and imported concurrently the most modern equipment such as MVR condensed Equipment, automatic centrifuge and other automated equipment.This equipment can produce and supply semi-finished product of monosodium glutamate for the pharmaceutical industry and MSG finished products for all phases in food processing.With the efforts of all employees in the plant, Vedan MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) was awarded Gold Medal by the Vietnamese Government thanks to its great quality. At present, Vedan Vietnam is the largest MSG producer in the Southeast Asia. Its products are not only consumed in Vietnam market but also sold to other countries in the world.
