1. Participate in the launching ceremony of the month of action on occupational safety and hygiene in 2024
The company sent officials from the Environmental Health and Safety Management Department and grassroots Trade Union representatives to attend the launching ceremony of the Action Month on occupational safety and hygiene on April 21, 2024 at Co Dau Restaurant. , Buu Long Ward, Bien Hoa City.
2. Propaganda and education on safety, occupational hygiene, fire prevention and fighting
Hang banners with content about occupational safety and hygiene; fire and explosion prevention at 14 positions in the Company, running a Led sign at the main gate of the Company with the content “Warmly responding to the month of action on occupational safety and hygiene in 2024”.
Coordinate with the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Dong Nai Province to hang 30 flags to propagate occupational safety and hygiene in some areas in Bien Hoa City and Long Thanh District.

Coordinate with Dong Nai Provincial Fire Prevention and Fighting Police to organize fire prevention and fighting drills, rescue operations.
3. Organize a seminar and vote for “Units with no occupational accidents in 2023”
The workshop took place with participants including managing officers representing units throughout the Company. As a result of the seminar, 15 excellent units were selected to achieve zero occupational accidents.
Vedan’s Board of Directors awarded the award for “Good hygiene and safety, no occupational accidents in the unit” to representatives of the units.
4. Vote for good hygiene and safety in 2023
The organizing committee conducted a vote, resulting in 29 individuals being commended as good safety and hygiene students in 2023.
5. Organize visits and give gifts to cases of labor accidents, occupational diseases, and difficult families
The union executive committee, in coordination with the company’s Board of Directors, awarded gifts to individuals who suffered from work accidents and occupational diseases in 2023 & 2024.

6. Organize Q&A Gameshow to win prizes
The union executive committee coordinated with the company to organize a Gameshow program with the rules that players were company officials and employees participating, and a question and answer program based on images to find out safety risks in the workplace. pre-designed situations. The player who answers each situation correctly and receives the approval of the Jury will be immediately awarded a gift.
