On October 23, at Vedan Vietnam Company, there was a voluntary blood donation program “One drop of blood – a million hearts”. The program was jointly organized by Vedan Company, the Red Cross of Dong Nai Province, the Red Cross of Long Thanh District and Cho Ray Hospital.

Since launching the program, immediately more than 180 employees (especially foreign officials) actively responded and registered to participate in the program. This shows the spirit of mutual love, community responsibility of employees and the Board of Directors of the company.

After the examination and screening process, a total of 161 blood units were donated to the national blood bank. This is a very meaningful gift that Vedan Vietnam volunteers send to patients. Life will be beautiful when there is sharing and help from the community. In times of difficulty and tribulation, our compatriots not only give food and share clothes, but also find ways to save the sick and accident victims to regain their lives. “One drop of blood – A million hearts” is a humanitarian program that needs to be maintained and promoted.
