Entering 2020, Vedan wishes to bring customers good quality products, trusted by professional chefs, with the message “Vedan, everyone can be master chef”.
Vedan is honored to sponsor the monthly training program organized by the Saigon Chefs Association. This program is a gathering place for professional chefs, including chefs from famous restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City.
The February training program, held on February 27th , 2020, participated more than 40 professional chefs. With the theme – Chinese dishes – combined with special Haday soy sauce and Haday premium oyster sauce.
Chef Dao Thien Minh instructed 2 dishes to the class: Tea-Mushroom with oyster sauce and Efu Noodles with shrimp prepared with Haday special soy sauce and Haday premium oyster.
