On September 14, 2018, Vedan Vietnam Company cooperated with the Red Cross Society of Long Thanh district to present 5 houses to charity to disadvantaged households in Cam Duong commune, Phuoc Binh commune, Long An commune and Long Duc commune, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province.
Having a shelter from the sun and rain seems like a simple dream, but not every family can have it. After months of living in makeshift, dilapidated houses…happy smiled at 5 families in Dong Nai province when they were given real homes with the help of Vedan Vietnam Company.
Holding the decision to hand over the house, Ms. Ngo Thi Cuc, Xom Goc hamlet, Long An commune tearfully said: Thanks to the attention of the local government and Vedan Vietnam Company, now our family is happy to have a clean, spacious, solid house… no more worrying when it’s hot or rainy or windy. My family’s long-standing dream has come true…
With the motto “Love & Care”; for a long time, building houses to charity is a meaningful community activity that has been deployed annually by Vedan Vietnam. On average, about 25 houses are built and handed over each year to those in need. .. In addition to building and giving houses to charity, providing free medical examination and medicine to people in difficult circumstances, awarding scholarships to poor students, giving Tet gifts to people in difficulty in remote areas… are community programs being implemented by Vedan Vietnam to bring joy and happiness to every home.
