Ingredients: Chicken, carrot, radish, onion, dried noodles, coriander, green onion, red onion, garlic, ginger
Spices: Vedan chicken seasoning, salt, fish sauce, oyster sauce
Cooking steps
Step 1: Wash chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces, marinate chicken with Vedan chicken seasoning, salt, fish sauce, oyster sauce for about 15 minutes to infuse the meat with spices. Carrots and radish cut into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2: Fry fragrant onions and garlic in a large pot with cooking oil. Add the marinated chicken to the stir-fry, stirring well so that the chicken is firm. When the chicken has been firm, add in more water to cook. Boil water, cook the radish and carrots together. Season with Vedan chicken seasoning to taste.
Step 3: Put the cooked noodles into the bowl, scoop the broth into the bowl. Add chicken, carrots and radishes, fried red onions on top. Served with fish sauce, lemon, chili.
