This marks the first time Vedan Vietnam has participated in this award, and both products were recognized with high scores exceeding 75%, earning them official certification. The products underwent a rigorous independent blind testing process conducted by more than 200 culinary experts from renowned chef associations across Europe.
With their well-balanced flavor, ease of use, alignment with Vietnamese taste preferences, and production using natural ingredients, modern technology, and internationally certified quality management systems such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO 14001, and more – Vedan’s seasoning powders have not only won over millions of Vietnamese kitchens but also affirmed their place on the global culinary map.
