At the International Exhibition of Vietfood & Beverage – ProPack Vietnam 2026, held from August 6–8, 2026, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vedan Vietnam presented an immersive culinary experience themed “A Miniature Culinary Journey Through Vietnam’s Three Regions”, featuring signature dishes prepared with Vedan’s diverse range of seasonings.
Throughout the exhibition, the Vedan booth welcomed thousands of visitors, including business partners, loyal customers, and consumers. The exhibition space served as a hub for connection, where visitors had the opportunity to experience Vedan products firsthand, enjoy freshly prepared dishes, and discover seasoning solutions suitable for both family meals and food-related businesses.
A highlight of the booth was Ngoc Bich Binh Ba Lobster, prepared with Vedan Soy Sauce – a product that received the 3-Star Superior Taste Award 2026, presented by the International Taste Institute of Belgium. Naturally fermented for 180 days and characterized by its well-balanced flavor, the soy sauce enhances the lobster’s delicate natural sweetness.
In addition, Vedan introduced a variety of signature dishes representing Vietnam’s three regions, including Phu Yen Ngu Trieu Banh Mi, Ca Mau Crab Paste Glass Noodles, and Tofu with Soy Sauce Vermicelli, offering visitors a diverse culinary journey while showcasing the versatility of Vedan’s seasoning products in food preparation.
Through these interactive activities, Vedan not only showcased its portfolio of quality products but also created opportunities to meet and engage with partners, customers, and consumers, helping strengthen connections within the food industry and spread the value of delicious and enjoyable meals.
