Enjoy a delicious weekend with the Saigon Professional Chefs Workshop

The Vegetable Carving Club of the Saigon Professional Chefs Association, in collaboration with Vedan brand, is organizing a “Culinary Knowledge Enhancement” session in September, themed “Delicious Weekend Dishes”.

With guidance from Head Chef Le Thi Ngoc Giau, owner and head chef of Ngoc Giau Cooking Establishment, and Wedding Catering Head Chef Thu Thao, they passionately instructed on two special dishes for a family weekend party, combined with Vedan’s & flavor-enhancing MSG mix and fish sauce, chili sauce, and tomato sauce.

Vedan will be updating the recipes for two dishes: Ocean Crab Rolls and Freshwater Crab Hotpot. So, join us in the kitchen and let’s cook together.
