Vedan with a culinary workshop on the topic of “Frugal vegetarian dishes”

The Vegetarian Club under The Saigon Professional Chefs Association collaborated with Vedan brand organized a culinary knowledge training session in June with the theme “Frugal vegetarian dishes”.

With the instruction of Chef Le Thi Kim Thom, head chef of Kim Thom Restaurant with 2 frugal but very delicious and nutritious vegetarian dishes combining Vegetables Mushroom Flavor Seasoning, Vedan Chili Sauce, and Powder fried.

Vedan will update the recipe for two vegetarian dishes: Mushrooms and mixed fried vermicelli, so that you can try your skills in the kitchen.
