Chinese Cuisine Knowledge Fostering Progra

Vedan is pleased to sponsor the  workshop program organized by the Saigon Professional Chef Association with the theme of “Chinese dishes”.

The workshop guided by Chef Ly Thanh Tuan (head chef of  Lai Cantonese restaurant), the trainees were taught two special Chinese dishes cooked with Vedan pork seasonings, Vedan MSG and Haday superior oyster sauce of the Vedan brand:
1. Ngoc Bich Seafood Soup.
2. Five-color Stir-fried Shrimp.

Let’s join Vedan to prepare these two delicious dishes to welcome the upcoming International Women’s Day on March 8!
