Sharing Vegetarian Food Knowledge during Vu Lan Bao Hieu – Mother’s day in lunar year

Vedan Vietnam has the pleasure of sponsoring the culinary program named “Vegetarian Food Knowledge Improvement” on the occasion of Mua Vu Lan Bao Hieu – Mother’s Day in Lunar Year – and instructed by Mrs. TUE VAN ( her full name as NGUYEN DZOAN CAM VAN) with her 30-year cooking experience dedicating to the national and overseas culinary arts. She has also published over 100 cooking books. In this event, our chef has prepared and served two tasty and nutritious vegetarian dishes called “Nham Chay Salad” and “Vermicelly Noodles with Turmeric” seasoned with Vedan Mixed Flavor Enhancer and Vegetables Mushroom Flavor Seasoning.
