3.COOKING INSTRUCTION

Method 1:
- Do not thaw the product. Cut the soup bag, pour it into a pot, and heat directly until completely melted.
- Cut the meatball bag, add the meatballs into the soup pot, and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 more minutes until the meatballs are completely thawed.
Method 2:
- Do not thaw the product. Cut both the soup and meatball bags and put it directly into a bowl.
- Cover the bowl tightly with microwave-safe plastic wrap.
- Place in the microwave and heat at 800W for a recommended time of 14 to 16 minutes.
Note: This product tastes better when served hot.
4.STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Store at ≤ -18ºC or in the freezer.

5.SHELF LIFE

18 months from the date of manufacture when stored under recommended conditions.

VEDAN Sichuan Sauerkraut Fish is a product developed from VEDAN Vietnam’s special recipe. The delicate combination of Vietnamese agricultural and aquatic resources and advanced production technology has created high-quality products.

The delicate blend of sweet broth stewed from barramundi bones, the mild sourness of sour cabbage and the spicy taste of pepper and chili not only adds flavor to the dish but also helps it become more attractive.

Local Vietnamese ingredients are specially selected, the pangasius fillet is raised by using high technology, the fish meat is fresh and sweet, combined with local sour cabbage bringing a unique flavor for this dish. After cooking, it tastes delicious, sour, spicy and a refreshing appetizer feelling, making you want to have another bowl of soup.

3.COOKING INSTRUCTION

Boil 400 g bag soup with 400 ml water for 5 minutes. Add the vegetable bag and fish bag and cook until the fish is cooked, add the oil packet, boil and enjoy.
You can add other ingredients as you like to cook.
