1. INTRODUCTION
VEDAN CHEESE FISH TOFU
Cheese Fish Tofu is a premium ready-made frozen product line that stands out with its unique oval shape. The product is a perfect fusion of premium surimi (minced fish paste) and soy protein, blended with egg powder and milk powder to create an incredibly soft fish tofu shell. Tucked deep inside is a rich, creamy cheese filling. The product is pre-fried to achieve its signature golden-brown crust and flash-frozen (at temperatures not exceeding -18°C) to perfectly lock in its full flavor and texture.

3.INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Defrosting: Thaw naturally or defrost in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
Hotpot: Boil the product in hot soup base at 98-100°C for 2-3 minutes.Steaming: Steam the product at 85-90°C for 3-4 minutes.
Deep-frying: Deep-fry at 140-150°C for 3-4 minutes.
4. STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Storage: Keep frozen at ≤ -18°C or in the freezer.
Caution: Do not refreeze after thawing.
After Opening: Store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours..
