On January 8, 2026, Vedan Vietnam Co., Ltd. solemnly held the “2025 Commemorative Medal Award Ceremony” to honor 194 employees who have devoted 20, 25, and 30 years of service, recognizing their enduring contributions to the company’s development.

With the philosophy that “Employees are the company’s most valuable asset,” the commemorative medal ceremony is one of Vedan Vietnam’s annual activities. Currently, there are about 800 employees with over 20 years of service, and many two-generation families working together at the company. This reflects the strong bond between employees and the enterprise, where they truly consider the company their second home.

At the ceremony, Mr. Yang Kun Hsiang (Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vedan Vietnam) expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to all employees who have continuously trusted and accompanied the company. According to him, each commemorative medal not only recognizes years of service but also serves as a heartfelt acknowledgment of the responsibility, dedication, and persistent efforts of employees who have gone through various stages of the company’s development.

Representing the 194 employees receiving commemorative medals in 2025, Mr. Dang Thanh Quang, working at the MSG packaging workshop, shared: “…We have gone through so many ups and downs together. The company’s leadership has always upheld its commitment to caring for employees’ well-being, creating an environment where each individual feels respected and trusted. Choosing to stay with the company has been one of the best decisions in my career. We firmly believe that the company will continue to grow and achieve greater success in the future.”
