The VBW10 program is an annual initiative organized by the Finance & Investment newspaper (under the Ministry of Finance) in collaboration with Viet Research. It evaluates and honors enterprises with the most outstanding working environments across key economic sectors. Awardees not only meet rigorous human resource standards but also play a leading role in enhancing labor market quality, promoting social responsibility, and creating community benefits.

As one of the first foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises to operate in Vietnam since 35 years ago, Vedan Vietnam is not only trusted by consumers for its nutritious products tailored to local tastes but also recognized for fostering a stable working environment. Employees regard the company as a “second home” where they can confidently contribute and feel valued. The company consistently prioritizes building a safe, transparent, and respectful workplace, while enabling individuals to develop their skills and build long-term careers.

Despite a volatile economic landscape, Vedan Vietnam maintains strong welfare policies for its employees. These include staff dormitories, a safe shuttle bus system, an on-site medical station, and thousands of free, nutritious meals per shift. Employees’ well-being is further supported through annual activities such as company trips, sports tournaments, and cultural competitions.

Every year, the company allocates a scholarship budget to commend children of employees with outstanding academic achievements, celebrates International Children’s Day on June 1st, and organizes a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration. As of 2025, over 1,000 employees have been with Vedan Vietnam for more than 20 years, with many families spanning two generations working at the company.

Vedan Vietnam consistently affirms that its employees are its most valuable asset, playing a key role in fulfilling the company’s mission: “Needs drive creativity; together, we build success with sincerity.” The Top 10 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2025 award in the Food & Beverage sector (Seasonings & Cooking Oil group) recognizes the company’s enduring efforts in building a stable workplace and serves as motivation for the company to continue improving, achieving greater success, and contributing to sustainable economic and social development.
