On the morning of July 31, 2026, Vedan Vietnam Enterprise Corp., Ltd. coordinated with the Dong Nai City Red Cross Society and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ta Lai Commune to hand over a Red Cross – Great Solidarity House to the family of Mr. Tran Van An, born in 1960, residing in Hamlet 6, Ta Lai Commune, Dong Nai City.

Mr. Tran Van An’s family is classified as a poor household facing particularly difficult circumstances. For many years, the family lived in a severely deteriorated house with makeshift walls and a leaking roof, which failed to provide adequate safety, especially during the rainy season and storms. The newly constructed house covers an area of 58.5 square meters, measuring 4.5 meters in width and 13 meters in length, with a total construction cost of VND 100 million. Of this amount, Vedan Vietnam contributed VND 70 million through the fundraising efforts of the Dong Nai City Red Cross Society, while the family and local organizations contributed the remaining VND 30 million to complete the project.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mrs. Le Thi Kim Tuyen, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ta Lai Commune, expressed her gratitude to the Dong Nai City Red Cross Society, the management, and all employees of Vedan Vietnam for their continued care and support for local humanitarian initiatives and disadvantaged families. She emphasized that these meaningful contributions help promote compassion and strengthen solidarity within the community.
Representatives of the Red Cross Society, Vedan Vietnam, and local organizations also presented gifts to congratulate the family. They expressed their hope that Mr. Tran Van An would take good care of his new home, make effective use of this valuable support, and continue working hard to gradually improve his family’s living conditions and achieve greater stability.
Guided by its philosophy of “Developing from Society, Contributing to Society,” Vedan Vietnam has consistently worked alongside government agencies and local authorities to support the construction of Red Cross houses, Great Solidarity Houses, and civil-military solidarity houses. In addition, the company organizes various community initiatives each year, including visits to families of war veterans and fallen soldiers on July 27, scholarships for disadvantaged students, and voluntary blood donation drives.
These initiatives reflect the heartfelt commitment of Vedan Vietnam’s management and employees throughout the company’s “Love and Care” journey, with the shared aspiration of helping build healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives for communities across Vietnam.
